Steam Heat Exchanger/Direct Heater Steam Exchanger
The superheated steam from the boiler directly enters into the pressurized shell of the steam heat exchanger to heat the coil directly, which has high heat exchange efficiency.
The main purpose of using steam heat exchanger is to solve problem of hydrate ice blockage in natural gas, and the heated fluid can improve the oil-gas separation efficiency (exc for condensate).
The coil is divided into two sections, upstream and downstream, with adjustable choke valve in the middle.
Its function is to adjust the pressure of medium in the coil to meet the inlet pressure of downstream equipment.
